Find (b/R)  such that in an elastic  collision, between solid hemisphere  and a small sized ball dropped  onto it, the hemisphere receives  maximum horizontal speed.  (Assume hemisphere flat    surface of hemisphere remains  totally in contact with ground  during impact).
