proof that the equation of a ellipse at  a center(0.0)is (x^2 /a^2 )+(y^2 /b^2 )=1

This is the equation of an ellipse.  The ellipse is a circle C(O,a) in the  particular case b = a (excentricity  e = (c/a) = ((√(a^2 −b^2 ))/a) = 0).
