in other way   d_(min) = d[(−(3/2),(1/4)),8x−4y+73=0]−radius  d[(−(3/2),(1/4)),8x−4y+73=0]=   ((∣8(−(3/2))−4((1/4))+73∣)/(4(√5))) = ((60)/(4(√5))) =((15)/( (√5)))=3(√5)  d_(min) = 3(√5)−(√5) =2(√5)
