y=((x^2 −ax+a)/(x^2 −x−6))  (y−1)x^2 −(y−a)x−(6y+a)=0  (y−a)^2 +4(y−1)(6y+a)≥0  ⇒25y^2 +2(a−12)y+a^2 −4a≥0  (a−12)^2 −25(a^2 −4a)≤0  ⇒(2a−9)(3a+4)≥0  a≤−(4/3)  a≥(9/2)  i.e. a∈(−∞,−(4/3)] ∧ [(9/2),+∞)
