EO=OC=1, say  ∠HOC=∠AOE=∠B  AE=1×tan B  tan A=((EC)/(AE))=(2/(1×tan B))  ⇒tan A × tan B=2

$${EO}={OC}=\mathrm{1},\:{say} \\ $$$$\angle{HOC}=\angle{AOE}=\angle{B} \\ $$$${AE}=\mathrm{1}×\mathrm{tan}\:{B} \\ $$$$\mathrm{tan}\:{A}=\frac{{EC}}{{AE}}=\frac{\mathrm{2}}{\mathrm{1}×\mathrm{tan}\:{B}} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\mathrm{tan}\:{A}\:×\:\mathrm{tan}\:{B}=\mathrm{2} \\ $$
