x^2 −8x+18≥0∀x∈R  ⇒  x^2 −8x+13+∣y−3∣=0  △=∣y−3∣−3≥0 ⇒ 0≤y≤6

∣f(x)∣+∣y−3∣=5  f(x)=5−∣y−3∣    f(x)=x^2 −8x+18  parabola  vertice(x,f(x))  x=−(b/(2a))⇒x=4      f(4)=2   is min  a>0  f(x)≫2⇒∣f(x)∣≫2    5−∣y−3∣≫2  3≫∣y−3∣  −3≪y−3≪3  0≪y≪6

∣x^2 −8x+18∣  =∣(x−4)^2 +2∣≥2  5=∣x^2 −8x+18∣+∣y−3∣≥2+∣y−3∣  ⇒∣y−3∣≤3  ⇒−3≤y−3≤3  ⇒0≤y≤6
