n(P∩C)=x,n(P)=3x,n(C)=6x n(P−C)=2x,n(C−P)=5x ⇒2x+x+5x=40⇒x=5 Only physics=2x=10

$${n}\left({P}\cap{C}\right)={x},{n}\left({P}\right)=\mathrm{3}{x},{n}\left({C}\right)=\mathrm{6}{x} \\ $$$${n}\left({P}−{C}\right)=\mathrm{2}{x},{n}\left({C}−{P}\right)=\mathrm{5}{x} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\mathrm{2}{x}+{x}+\mathrm{5}{x}=\mathrm{40}\Rightarrow{x}=\mathrm{5} \\ $$$${Only}\:{physics}=\mathrm{2}{x}=\mathrm{10} \\ $$
