ω=2πν =2π(1.5)= 3π rad/s .

$$\omega=\mathrm{2}\pi\nu\:=\mathrm{2}\pi\left(\mathrm{1}.\mathrm{5}\right)=\:\mathrm{3}\pi\:{rad}/{s}\:. \\ $$

why didnt you use w=2πf?

symbol for frequency-   ν or f   i used ν for f.

$${symbol}\:{for}\:{frequency}-\:\:\:\nu\:{or}\:{f}\: \\ $$$${i}\:{used}\:\nu\:{for}\:{f}. \\ $$
