find x inthe eqn.  3^x −1=x^3

$$\mathrm{find}\:\mathrm{x}\:\mathrm{inthe}\:\mathrm{eqn}. \\ $$$$\mathrm{3}^{\mathrm{x}} −\mathrm{1}=\mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{3}} \\ $$

two solutions are obvious  x=0  x=2  two other solutions found by drawing  f(x)=3^x −x^3 −1 and then approximating  x=−.845839  x=3.22064
