Sir Pratah, how old are you? this can be  solved by any 13 years old student

  3.5    +    4.5=8     +               +    9.5    −    3.5=6     =13         =8

first line from left to right 7/2 and 9/2  the same for second line 19/2 and 7/2

$$\mathrm{first}\:\mathrm{line}\:\mathrm{from}\:\mathrm{left}\:\mathrm{to}\:\mathrm{right}\:\mathrm{7}/\mathrm{2}\:\mathrm{and}\:\mathrm{9}/\mathrm{2} \\ $$$$\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{same}\:\mathrm{for}\:\mathrm{second}\:\mathrm{line}\:\mathrm{19}/\mathrm{2}\:\mathrm{and}\:\mathrm{7}/\mathrm{2} \\ $$
