$$\mathrm{516}\:{is}\:{correct}. \\ $$$$\left(\mathrm{3}+\mathrm{11}+\frac{\mathrm{3}}{\mathrm{4}}×\mathrm{10}\right)×\mathrm{4}!=\mathrm{516} \\ $$
