$$\mathrm{148}=\mathrm{10010100}_{\mathrm{2}} =\mathrm{128}+\mathrm{16}+\mathrm{4} \\ $$$${a}=\mathrm{7}\wedge{b}=\mathrm{4}\wedge{c}=\mathrm{2} \\ $$
