What is the Android version that you are using? Some version require storage permission and you can try to add phone setting permission storage to this app.
Also app is updated so that you will get more descriptive mesage. Please share that message and we will know what exact error was reported from code.

We release a new update and that will give a more detailed message on exception encountered when save fails
