$$\left(\mathrm{3m}−\mathrm{1}\right)\mathrm{x}+\left(\mathrm{m}+\mathrm{7}\right)\mathrm{y}−\mathrm{2}=\left(\mathrm{3m}−\mathrm{1}\right)\mathrm{y}+\left(\mathrm{m}+\mathrm{7}\right)\mathrm{x}−\mathrm{2} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\mathrm{3m}−\mathrm{1}=\mathrm{m}+\mathrm{7}\Rightarrow\mathrm{2m}=\mathrm{8}\Rightarrow\mathrm{m}=\mathrm{4} \\ $$
