Thank You. We will troubleshoot further. Did you provide valid file name? What file name did you provide? You can also try to move existing images in Pictures/tinkutara folder to another location.
Pleaae share android version.

The app always tries to write in Pictures/tinkutara folder. The filename in you error message in Pictures/--.png. The app does not permission in that folder. The problem does not occur on any of our devices. Please share your android verion and phone model. You can also write email to info@tinkutara.com.
You can also trying giving storage permission to app and see if the problem is resolved.
