for any a≠0 we have 1=(a^n /a^n )=a^(n−n) =a^0 . ⇒a^0 =1 ⇒((3/7))^0 =1
$${for}\:{any}\:{a}\neq\mathrm{0}\:{we}\:{have} \\ $$$$\mathrm{1}=\frac{{a}^{{n}} }{{a}^{{n}} }={a}^{{n}−{n}} ={a}^{\mathrm{0}} . \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{a}^{\mathrm{0}} =\mathrm{1} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\left(\frac{\mathrm{3}}{\mathrm{7}}\right)^{\mathrm{0}} =\mathrm{1} \\ $$
