you missed a bracket  I will assume the bracket′s place is like the following:  (1/3)y−5{−2[6(y−(1/3))−y]}÷3=?  ((y−5(−2(6y−2−y)))/3)=?  ((y−5(−10y+4))/3)=?  ((y+50y−20)/3)=?  ((51y−20)/3)=17y−((20)/3)
