 3−(84)÷(7)(3), it depends on how you want to  continue from here; PEMDAS,BODMAS,BEDMAS   or whatever else may be out there. If you want ÷  before ×,in that case 3−((84)/7)×3=−33.   Questions like these are unnecessary if the “rules”   are not well-defined.  3−[(−6)(−2−9−3)÷7](1+(−2)(−1)] should  have been the right thing if you wanted division  first.
